We make exchanges and refunds:
- You have 15 working days from the receipt of your order to make the return or exchange request.
- For returns you must send back the item and we will send you the new item.
- For exchanges we will send you the new item and pickup the exchange at the same time.
- We will not accept any request for exchange or return items purchased in Sales or Promotions.
- We wil not accept any request for exchange or return of any customized product or any swimwear or underwear.
- In case the item is damaged or in bad condition and it is our fault, we will asume all shipping costs.
- Remember that items must be in its original condition (unused and not washed) with all tags.
To request an exchange, refund or credit please send a email to email@example.com. Please, let as now your order number and your item that your want return.
Please do not return items before your return request has been approved. If you do this we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed.
